Our roster is eclectic and constantly growing — with everything from shoegaze to surf rock to synth pop to jazz to metal to funk to world beat... you get the idea. At UU, style of music is off limits, so long as it’s got heart and a story to tell.

Our Mission

Our mission is to preserve the best of underground, private press, and DIY music of then & now. From reissuing LPs and tapes, to producing feature length documentaries, and beyond — UU works to share and tell the stories of the music that algorithms forgot about.

Un(earth)ed

UU believes that collecting physical music doesn’t have to hurt the planet, which is why we strive to make our operation as environmentally friendly as possible.

Every UU vinyl release is pressed on 100% recycled vinyl in the Czech Republic. We also avoid using plastic/poly inner sleeves (good for your records AND the planet!) and only use non-toxic inks to print our LP covers.
